Please never hesitate to inquire about the cost of upcoming treatment. We can provide you with a reasonable estimation of expected expenses. Without prior arrangements, all charges are expected to be paid at the time of treatment.
Treatment plans are available that will include a breakdown of applicable fees and a reasonable estimation of expenses. This can be done on a per appointment basis as well as an overall treatment plan basis. If special financial arrangements are needed, please talk to our office manager prior to receiving treatment.
We will submit all insurance claims as a courtesy to you and we will attempt to help you receive full insurance benefits due to you; however, you are personally responsible for ALL charges incurred to your account regardless of your insurance benefits. Insurance benefits vary greatly from company to company and we do NOT contract with ANY INSURANCE COMPANY.
I work for my patients. I do not work for insurance companies. I like it that way and so do most of my patients. I believe in a patient’s right to personally choose their own healthcare provider.
