We can provide you with a reasonable estimation of expected expenses. Without prior arrangements, all charges are expected to be paid at the time of treatment.
Treatment plans are available that include a breakdown of applicable fees and a reasonable estimation of expenses. This can be done on a per appointment basis, as well as an overall treatment plan basis. If special financial arrangements are needed, please talk to our office manager prior to receiving treatment.
We submit all insurance claims, as a courtesy to you, and we will attempt to help you receive full insurance benefits that are due you. However, you are personally responsible for ALL charges incurred to your account, regardless of your insurance benefits. Insurance benefits vary greatly from company to company, and we do NOT contract with ANY INSURANCE COMPANY.
