Any dentist who achieves any real degree of success has to have a loyal and committed staff. I am proud of my team . We strive to continuously seek out better ways to serve our patients. We strive as a team to staying informed about advances in dentistry and bring many of those advances to LaGrange. We strive as a team to bring excellence in dental care to our patients.
We are able to achieve this degree of excellence in patient treatment while maintaining a very comfortable level of down-home friendliness. We are all "real people." You will find that we work very hard to help our patients become as knowledgeable about their conditions and needs as possible, offering educational materials, intraoral digital photos and answering all questions with genuine interest as we help patients determine their best options in treatment.

Brittany Kennedy
Registered Dental Hygienist
Brittany earned her associate's degree in dental hygiene from Columbus State University and has worked for Dr. Vollenweider since October 1996. She joined our practice directly out of hygiene school and has truly "grown up" with Dr. Vollenweider.
We have always had a strong emphasis in this office on the important role of the professional hygienist. Brittany is in charge of our hygiene department and plays a critical role in educating and motivating our patients about the treatment options they have available. Brittany supports Dr. Vollenweider's efforts to constantly keep up with current information and technology. She is quite active in continuing education herself, pursuing the latest information to help her educate and treat our patients. Our patients love her genuine down home personality and appreciate her commitment to quality care with a gentle touch.
She and her husband J.V., have one daughter, Abbie. She enjoys riding horses, swimming, gardening and spending time with family and friends. She and her husband have been spotted tailgating Auburn football games.
Jill Parker
Registered Dental Hygienist
Jill earned her associates degree in dental hygiene from Columbus State University and joined our team in March of 2008. She brings a fresh energy and commitment to the quality care we provide here at Dr. Vollenweider's office. Jill interned in our office while in hygiene school so she is quite aware of our commitment to providing the best care possible. Jill's genuine patient interest combined with her kind nature makes you feel right at home. Her friendly and energetic enthusiasm is a "perfect fit" for our office.
She and her husband Mark have three beautiful daughters and one "Tuff" son that keep her more than busy. She has a strong commitment to family and her friends. With four children, free time would be defined as her "kid's hobbies" of which would be guitar, softball and dance. Occasionally she might find time to ride motorcycles with her husband and grace the white sandy beaches.
Jennifer Redden
Chairside Dental Assistant/Treatment Coordinator
Jennifer has worked for Dr. Vollenweider since September 1997. She is the "go to person" for anything that needs doing. Jennifer has one of those "never met a stranger " personalities. She is a committed "team" person willing to do whatever it takes to get the job done. Her "can do", "will do," attitude is something we all appreciate and draw from, not to mention her never ending smile. Patients appreciate her gentle, comforting touch.
Jennifer has been a critical part of the success of this practice as she has been responsible for maintaining our clinical supplies and equipment maintenance for several years while serving as a "Roving Assistant" before moving into a primary chairside assistant position. Dr. Vollenweider places a great deal of confidence in Jennifer and her skills. She can do practically anything needed in this office. She is the assistant primarily responsible for our bleaching program as well.
Jennifer has a beautiful daughter, Jordan, who she loves to brag on. Ask her about her youngest daughter, PJ; Paisley James. That will definitely bring a smile to her face and stories for you to hear.
A busy mother, when she has time, Jennifer enjoys outside activities like four wheeling and water sports when she can.
Laura Parmer
Chairside Dental Assistant
Another native of LaGrange, Laura Parmer, our roving Chairside Dental Assistant and Sterilization assistant certainly stays busy taking care of many of the behind the scenes things in our office you might take for granted. She is also one of our primary portrait photographers for our Cosmetic Simulations. Having worked in the medical field before coming to our office, Laura smoothly made the transition to her new duties.
Mother of the dramatic and lovely Lola Grace, Laura certainly has her handsfull. Her youthful energy serves her well being a mother.
A traveler, a tailgater, a softball player, shopper and former cheerleader; Laura has no problem staying busy outside the office, but if Brittany Spears is ever near, you can bet she'll be somewhere near on the first eight rows as a member of the Brittany Spears' Fan Club. OK, I didn't say she's perfect; but we love her.
Laura brings positive energy to the office and has a willing hand for whoever needs her.
Leigh Anne Vollenweider
Hygiene Assistant/Sterilization Assistant
Leigh Anne is Dr. Vollenweider's daughter. Leigh Anne has been a member of this staff off and on since she was about 15 years old where she started helping file records in the front office. She has experience in several areas. She currently serves as our "roaming" / hygiene assistant where her duties include not only assisting hygienists, but also sterilization. She is a valuable member of our team.
Leigh Anne is working toward admission to nursing school, hopefully VERY SOON according to Dr. Vollenweider.
