I just want to thank you and your staff for the excellent service and caring attitude you gave me during my visit to your clinic. Doc, you made every attempt to make me feel at ease, and not give me "pain." Miss Jennifer did everything to keep me relaxed and at ease. The dental technician who did the cleaning on my teeth did an excellent job with what she had to work with. Again, I want to thank ALL of you for making what I expected to be a traumatic experience bearable.

My son, Mason, is only 5 yrs old. He already absolutely hated to go to the dentist, due to a prior "bad" experience at another dental office. After his first visit with Dr. V, I was amazed at how well he did. Mason was actually HAPPY to come back for the next visit. Dr. V was excellent with him.
My 15 year old son, whom I previously drove to Peachtree City to a Pediatric dentist, now comes to see Doc. I can't believe I drove out of town all those years. Thank you Dr. V.
I, myself, have always disliked going to the dentist, especially to have fillings or other work done. I now see Dr. V and I had conscious sedation for my last dental work. That was amazing. I felt no pain and I didn't remember any of the drilling or the visit for that matter. For me, it's the only way to go.
The McLaughlin family truly has no reservation recommending Dr. V and his fabulous staff to anyone looking for a dentist, especially if you don't really enjoy going to the dentist. They can change that.

Dr Vollenweider and his staff are the most compassionate, caring and empathetic individuals you could ever hope for in a Dentist Office. I had a tooth pulled and clearly had a high anxiety about having this procedure done but Dr Vollenweider didn't make me feel like I was being a big baby. He and his wonderful staff talked me through everything, constantly letting me know I was doing good, and putting me at ease. "Ever since I moved to John a few years back I continue to be amazed by two things. First, his support staff is the nicest in LaGrange, when I call they know who I am and am not "just another number". My work schedule tends to keep me busy and as a result I have to cancel more than a few appointments, not only will his office bend over backwards to fit me in, they even call when openings appear, rarely do you find that level of service anymore.
The second thing is how hard John and his staff work to stay in front of new techniques and procedures. Until I came to John, my teeth had been cleaned and checked the same way since I was a child. Well just as in any field time improves capabilities and this is obvious from your first visit. My teeth have been healthier and I no longer DREAD going to the dentist. I have been a patient of Dr. Vollenweider for many, many years. He does not fit the stereotype of "dentist". I have told so many people that his office is the only dentist office that you will ever enter and hear laughter from the patients! His staff is unbelievably kind and caring. There has never been a staff member who did not treat me as if I belonged to them. I have a liver disease and Dr. Vollenweider wrote a letter to my doctor at Piedmont to make sure I would receive the correct medication. That shows a deep well of caring that he has drawn on for me numerous times. He is not only an outstanding dentist but an outstanding human being as well.
